Our Rates for the Home are as follows:

     $249 a night for the first two people

     $25 for each additional person per night (Including children over two years of age)

     $50 per pet - one time fee

     $150 cleaning fee

     $500 refundable security/damage deposit 

     6% tax (County and State)

Three night minimum

Cancellation Policy - No refunds for cancellations.  Due to our short season we do not offer refunds.  Vacation Trip Insurance provides an inexpensive piece of mind option.  CSA Insurance is one of several options.
